"When I was diagnosed, my world came crashing down and I was afraid everyone would reject me. I am recovering from that now and I find that many of my friends are still with me. I am getting a lot of support from friends, from the Sanatorio and from the people with Cuba AIDS Project. People need to get involved with HIV groups, learn more about the disease and get all the support they can from wherever they can."
